Role Description The Teacher role at the Indian Navy is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Teacher will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, aligned with curriculum standards and training requirements for naval personnel or dependents. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and professional growth. The Teacher will maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments, collaborate with other educators and training staff, and participate in meetings and educational initiatives to improve teaching quality. The role also involves promoting discipline, ethical conduct, and a supportive learning environment consistent with the values of the Indian Navy.
Qualifications
- Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to diverse learners.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing curricula and instructional materials.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with staff and learners.
- Relevant degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience working in a disciplined, institutional, or military training environment is an advantage.
