About the Role
Right Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-oriented Recruiter with experience in construction and engineering recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining closures.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in construction and engineering recruitment.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing company is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements.
