🚨 HIRING: Recruiter Specialist – Salesforce, Conga & CPQ (7–10 Yrs | IC Role)
We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter Specialist with deep expertise in sourcing and hiring talent across the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically with hands-on experience in Conga and CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) skill sets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Independently manage niche sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Specialized Pipeline Building: Build and continuously nurture a strong talent pipeline for Salesforce (Admins, Developers, Architects, Consultants across all clouds), Conga CPQ/CLM specialists, and CPQ professionals.
- Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Execute passive candidate mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter searches, Boolean search strings, and industry mapping—moving beyond traditional job boards.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership as a trusted advisor, translating technical mandates into accurate sourcing criteria.
- Screening & Qualification: Apply structured screening scorecards to evaluate technical depth, stakeholder maturity, and notice period fit.
🛠️ Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 Years of total IT/Tech recruitment experience in SaaS products, GCCs, MNCs, or Salesforce consulting environments.
- Proven track record hiring across Salesforce Multi-Cloud ecosystem roles (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Directors).
- Hands-on experience building talent pipelines specifically for Conga (CPQ/CLM) and CPQ specialists.
- Mastery of advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, talent mapping).
- Strong understanding of Hyderabad market compensation benchmarks for niche Salesforce/Conga talent.
