Talent Acquisition Associate (Freshers & Early Career)
Compensation
- CTC: ₹3 LPA (Approx. ₹25,000/month)
- Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Benefits: Breakfast, Lunch & Medical Insurance
Ideal Candidate
- Fresh graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory) or 0–1.5 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable making 50–100 candidate calls daily.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or Internshala is a plus.
- Organized and able to manage interview schedules.
- Eager to learn about startup hiring.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and referrals.
- Screen resumes against job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer rollout and onboarding.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
