Arbor Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. If you're passionate about recruiting top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and driving successful hiring outcomes, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.
✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
✅ Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
✅ Maintain recruitment databases, HR records, and hiring trackers.
✅ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
✅ Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Indeed.
✔ Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility
🎓 Graduate / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
📌 Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, or HR Operations.
🗣 Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
