Adzzat is looking for an HR / Talent Acquisition professional who is great at finding the right people, building talent pools, and hiring at scale.
What we’re looking for:
-2–5 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
-Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
-Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
-Ability to find candidates through communities, referrals, social media and other channels
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
