Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end hiring across Hera Foundation’s healthcare, education, and other portfolios. The role combines hands-on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, team guidance, and disciplined delivery of confidential, high-quality recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business and functional leaders to confirm current and planned hiring needs.
- Convert manpower plans into clear priorities, timelines, sourcing plans, and budgets.
- Build talent maps and pipelines for critical, recurring, specialist, leadership, and volume roles.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: role clarification, JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, references, offers, and joining follow-up.
- Source clinical, academic, finance, leadership, and shared-services talent through relevant channels and networks.
- Ensure structured assessment, accurate documentation, and a professional candidate experience.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned hiring mandates and keep decisions moving.
- Agree selection criteria and timelines, report pipeline risks, and manage recruitment partners for quality, cost, compliance, and confidentiality.
Team Leadership & Hiring Capability
- Guide recruiters or coordinators, allocate work, set goals, and strengthen sourcing and interviewing capability. Coach hiring managers on structured, fair, and well-documented selection practices.
Employer Brand & Partnerships
- Represent each portfolio company’s culture and opportunities accurately and professionally.
- Build relationships with sector networks, institutions, professional bodies, and diverse talent communities.
Governance, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate ATS records, approvals, feedback, offer documentation, and hiring dashboards.
- Track delivery, quality, cost, and bottlenecks while ensuring policy, budget, privacy, and legal compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive talent-acquisition experience managing multiple concurrent mandates.
- Proven multi-level hiring experience, ideally across at least two of healthcare, education, banking, financial services, investments, or another regulated sector.
- Strong capability in senior and specialist search, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, analytics, ATS tools, and stakeholder management.
