The Manager – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management will lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development initiatives for a mid-sized FMCG food organization (~700 employees). The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline for plant operations, sales, supply chain, and corporate functions, while driving performance management, employee retention, and leadership development aligned with business growth.
