We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management to lead end-to-end hiring and talent development initiatives for a fast-growing FMCG organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, sales, supply chain, quality, R&D, and corporate functions.
- Drive bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and HR analytics.
- Manage recruitment vendors and strengthen employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory HR practices.
Key Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management within FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Strong experience in plant and corporate hiring.
- Expertise in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, HR analytics, and recruitment metrics.
- Good knowledge of Excel, online job portals, and factory HR practices.
- Open to travel.
