Are you someone who can own the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to coordinating with vendors and closing the right candidates?
BRILCS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – Staff Augmentation with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon.
🔹 What You’ll Handle:
• End-to-end Staff Augmentation / IT Recruitment
• Understand and manage client requirements
• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & recruitment databases
• Coordinate with vendors / recruitment partners
• Screen, shortlist & submit relevant candidates
• Manage candidate & vendor follow-ups
• Coordinate interviews and offer closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Staff Augmentation
✅ Strong sourcing skills through job portals & LinkedIn
✅ Good understanding of IT roles and technical profiles
✅ Experience handling clients, vendors & candidates
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong coordination, negotiation & follow-up skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
✅ Gurgaon-based candidates preferred
📍 Location: Gurgaon
