Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate Tableau/BI solutions.
- Conduct engaging Tableau product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for prospective customers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable dashboard, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Create solution architectures, technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimates.
- Understand customer data, reporting, visualization, and analytics challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop prototypes and dashboards in Tableau to demonstrate business value.
- Explain Tableau capabilities, visualization best practices, data connectivity, governance, security, and deployment approaches to customers.
- Collaborate with delivery, data engineering, cloud, and architecture teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
- Support sales teams during customer meetings, technical discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations.
- Stay updated on Tableau features, BI trends, analytics technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Contribute to reusable demo assets, solution accelerators, case studies, and presales collateral.
