Synthesia Video Editor
We are looking for a full time video editor specialist to create synthesia healthcare videos, shorts etc. You will be executing a plan for the client to dominate the video space in their niche. Healthcare content needs a different approach from typical social videos. It has to feel credible, clean, easy to follow, and professional while still holding attention. You can handle both YouTube videos and Shorts, including avatars, B-roll, captions, graphics, pacing, and final editing.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of video production/editing experience and strong hands-on experience with Synthesia, Heygen and other AI avatar tools for professional educational content.
- Experience creating healthcare videos.
- Basic graphic design and video-editing skills.
- Understanding of captions, alt text, and accessible multimedia.
- Ability to follow scripts, learning objectives, and style guides.
- Strong attention to detail and factual accuracy.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to review and correct AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is preferred.
Project Details
- Project-based freelance/independent contractor role.
- Videos should generally be completed within 5 business days of receiving the required content.
- The contractor will upload finished assets but will not embed them into the Canvas course.
- The Builder is responsible for placing assets inside Canvas.
- Contractor must provide a completed W-9 and handle their own taxes.
- All project materials must remain confidential.
- All work created for the project belongs to the client.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not only an animator or graphic designer. They are a social meadia video specialist who can combine Synthesia video production, basic graphic design and accessibility.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month depending on experience

Mandatory Requirements
- Dedicated Laptop/Desktop:
- Intel Core i5 (or higher)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 11 (Licensed & Activated)
- Microsoft Office 2016 or later
- Stable Fiber/Cable Internet Connection (Minimum 100 Mbps)
- Quiet home office with minimal distractions.
- Tracker is used for full time employees.
- Prior experience successfully working remotely during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Webcam and noise-cancelling headset for meetings.
