SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING & OPERATIONS LEAD
Andheri East, Mumbai | Hybrid
Reporting to: CEO | CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
We are specifically looking for Engineers with hands-on experience in Supply Chain / Demand / Production / Inventory Planning.
About the Role
This is a strategic + execution-focused supply chain role responsible for ensuring the right product is available at the right time while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
You will act as the central control tower connecting:
Demand → Production → Inventory → Warehouses
Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- SKU-level forecasting and supply planning
- Inventory planning across D2C, Amazon and Offline
- Identify stock-out and excess inventory risks
Production & Procurement
- Build rolling 4–8 week production plans
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers
- Ensure RM/PM readiness and procurement timelines
Inventory & Warehouses
- Manage RM, PM and FG inventory
- Monitor DOH, expiry and slow-moving stock
- Coordinate warehouse allocation, transfers and replenishment
Data & Analytics
- Build dashboards for inventory and supply visibility
- Create a reliable single source of truth
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory: Engineering degree + 3–5 years relevant experience
- Zoho experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Hands-on supply/demand/production/inventory planning experience
- Strong ownership and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and warehouses
Preferred: FMCG/Food/Nutrition/Nutraceutical experience.
This is NOT a pure procurement, warehouse or logistics role. The core requirement is planning + inventory control + execution.
