ROLE OVERVIEW
A leading bakery and food production company is seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing operations, with responsibility for operational performance, P&L, profitability, quality, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead overall bakery manufacturing operations, including production, quality, efficiency, and performance.
* Take ownership of P&L, budgets, cost control, and profitability.
* Drive commercial growth, sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
* Lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
* Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP/FSSC 22000.
* Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience in bakery manufacturing, food production, or related operations.
* Strong experience in high-volume bakery production, supply chain, and quality management.
* Proven experience managing P&L, profitability, budgets, and operational performance.
* Strong leadership, financial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
* International or export market experience is highly advantageous.
