Hiring: Regional Manager – Supply & Network (RSA)
We are expanding our ground operations network at ReadyAssist and looking for high-energy field leaders to join our team.

Position Overview
- Role: Regional Manager – Supply & Network (RSA)
- Company: ReadyAssist (Sundaravijayam Automobile Services Pvt. Ltd.)
- Base Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) with extensive territory travel
- Target Hiring Locations: Dehradun, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi
- Experience: 5–10 Years (minimum 3–5 years in Field Leadership)
What You Will Do
- Network Acquisition: Onboard mechanics, towing partners, aggregators, and workshops to scale ground coverage.
- Operational SLA Ownership: Ensure 100% supply availability and order fulfillment across 24x7 emergency operations.
- On-the-Ground Audits: Conduct market mapping, enforce SOP compliance, and resolve operational bottlenecks directly in the field.
- Data-Driven Execution: Track daily operational metrics to bridge supply gaps and optimize payout economics.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Field Operations, Ground Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Mobility, or Aggregator Management.
- Readiness for high travel frequency across assigned territories.
- Strong command over operational metrics, SLAs, and data dashboards.
- Fluency in English and local regional languages.
