📌 Job Summary
🚚 Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
🎓 Freshers with a relevant educational background and a strong interest in Supply Chain Management may also apply.

💻 Basic knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

🌎 Communicate and coordinate effectively with overseas clients.
⚠️ Identify, escalate, and resolve incomplete or inadequate data or information.
📊 Achieve assigned targets for both productivity and quality.
🚚 Plan and implement effective supply chain strategies.
🤝 Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth business operations.
📈 Define, monitor, and improve key supply chain KPIs.
💡 Identify opportunities and suggest solutions for process improvements.
🔍 Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely and effective solutions.
👥 Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve overall performance.
💬 Provide constructive feedback and support continuous employee development.
🏭 Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to identify and select the best vendors and distributors.
🤝 Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and distributors.
📋 Job Requirements
🎓 Freshers can also apply.
💼 2–5 years of experience in BPO/Data Entry is preferred.
🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
🌎 Experience interacting with overseas clients, particularly US/UK clients.
🌙 Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
🚀 Ability to take on challenges and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Degree/PG qualification required; MBA will be an added advantage.
💻 Good working knowledge of computers and standard office applications.
🖥️ Working knowledge of ERP software is mandatory.
📊 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
