Role Description The Studio Head will oversee the daily operations of the architecture and interior design studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high design standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves leading and mentoring design teams, coordinating project workflows, and aligning studio output with client requirements and company vision. The Studio Head will review designs, manage resource allocation, and maintain quality control across all projects. The role also includes collaborating with clients, supporting business development and marketing initiatives, and representing the studio in key meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary design teams.
- Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Budgeting skills to manage project financials, optimize resources, and ensure profitability.
- Marketing skills to support studio visibility, client acquisition, and relationship-building efforts.
- Professional experience in architecture or interior design studios, with a strong portfolio of managed projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a studio leadership or senior project management role is highly beneficial.
