Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for steel structures, including calculations, sizing of members, and verification of load paths. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and models using CAD tools, coordinating with detailing and BIM teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers and checkers to address design queries, resolve technical issues, and support timely project delivery. The Structural Engineer will also contribute to quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of steel structures and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including load assessment and member design.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for creating and reviewing structural drawings and models.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience with steel detailing, connection design, and BIM workflows is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
