We're Hiring: Student Relationship Manager
We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Relationship Manager to manage the complete student journey—from enquiry to course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate class schedules
* Communicate regular updates and announcements to students
* Handle student queries and ensure smooth coordination
* Follow up on course fees and payments
* Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable IT courses
* Manage admissions, onboarding, and student engagement
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
✔️ Counselling or sales experience is an added advantage
✔️ Ability to manage multiple student relationships effectively
