SPM Study Abroad is looking for energetic and career-focused candidates to join our Madurai team as a Student Counsellor – Study Abroad.
📍 Location: Madurai
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Experience: 1+ Year Preferred
✨ Freshers with Good English Communication Skills Can Also Apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students interested in studying abroad
• Understand students’ academic background and career goals
• Guide students on suitable countries, courses and universities
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and application processes
• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
• Maintain proper student and lead follow-up records
• Work towards counselling and admission targets
We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of relevant counselling/admission experience OR freshers with strong English communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with students and parents
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Interest in the overseas education industry
