Navinora Private Limited is hiring Student Counsellors for our Kollam branch to guide students and parents through their education journey across EduNavi – Study in India and EduNora – Study Abroad.

- de accurate, ethical, and transparent guidance to students.
🔹 Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory – any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Relevant experience in student counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- 🔹 Important Conditions
- 2-year service commitment is mandatory.
- 1-month probation period.
- 1-month notice period or salary in lieu, as applicable.
