🎓 Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

🔹 *Key Responsibilities*
• Conduct training sessions on structural analysis and design.
• Train students and professionals in ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, Tekla, and related tools.
• Explain practical structural design concepts and industry practices.
• Guide learners through design projects and software-based applications.
• Bring real-world project and site experience into the training sessions.
• Mentor students/working professionals and support them in developing industry-ready structural design skills.
🔹 *Requirements*
• Strong practical knowledge of structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in one or more structural design software: ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, or Tekla.
• Good working knowledge of IS, BS, and American Standards.
• Industry, project, or site experience is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, training, and mentoring.
