We are looking for dynamic, qualified, and student-focused Faculty Members in Marketing and Human Resource Management to join our PGDM programme. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality postgraduate-level teaching, mentoring students, undertaking research, developing industry linkages, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
Teach core and elective courses in Marketing and/or Human Resource Management at the PGDM level.
Develop course plans, teaching materials, presentations, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning activities.
Deliver engaging and application-oriented sessions using case-based teaching, discussions, role plays, live projects, and industry examples.
Conduct quizzes, assignments, presentations, mid-term/end-term examinations, and other forms of assessment.
Ensure timely completion of the prescribed course curriculum.
Integrate current business trends, industry practices, and contemporary management concepts into classroom teaching.

4. Student Mentoring & Development
Mentor PGDM students and provide academic and career guidance.
Guide students on live projects, summer internships, dissertations, and industry projects.
Support students in developing presentation, communication, analytical, and managerial skills.
Conduct career-oriented workshops, guest sessions, and skill-development activities.
5. Research & Publications
Undertake high-quality research in relevant areas of Marketing, HR, and Management.
Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Participate in seminars, conferences, FDPs, workshops, and research activities.
Develop and contribute to case studies, working papers, and industry research.
Support students in research projects and academic publications.
6. Industry Interaction & Institutional Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
Facilitate guest lectures, corporate interactions, live projects, industrial visits, and management events.
Contribute to corporate relations and placement activities.
Participate in admission, orientation, student clubs, committees, and other institutional initiatives.
Contribute to accreditation, ranking, documentation, and quality-assurance activities as required.
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM/Ph. D with specialization in Marketing or Human Resources from a reputed institution.
Candidates should meet applicable AICTE/UGC/institutional norms.
Candidates with relevant NET/SET qualification, where applicable, will be preferred.
Experience
Preferably 2–8 years of teaching/academic experience in a reputed B-school, management institute, university, or PGDM institution.
Candidates with significant relevant corporate/industry experience in Marketing or HR may also be considered.
Experience in teaching PGDM/MBA students will be preferred.
