What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute.
- Work closely with founders on day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives
- Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end
- Support business planning, research, and decision-making
- Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights
- Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to execute independently
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
