We are hiring Strategic Sourcing Specialists at multiple experience levels to join our Sourcing and Category Analyst team. Whether you're a few years into your sourcing career or bring over a decade of experience, we have a role suited to you.
The Sourcing and Category Analyst team drives strategic procurement decisions by combining market and supplier knowledge with data-driven analysis. We partner closely with internal stakeholders to define sourcing strategy, support contract negotiations, and continuously improve how we source products and services.
What You'll Do
- Support or contribute to the definition of sourcing strategy
- Support the strategic procurement of products and services through data gathering and analysis
- Evaluate strategic options and participate in the creation of sourcing strategy
- Contribute to the implementation of sourcing strategy by selecting, negotiating, and recommending awards for sourcing contracts
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing processes through data analysis and stakeholder management
Open Levels:
Strategic Sourcing Specialist (IC3) | 6+ Years Experience
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, contracting, material management, finance, or a related field
- Preferred: 3+ years of data analytics experience
Strategic Sourcing Specialist IV (IC4) | 12+ Years Experience
- 9+ years of experience in purchasing, contracting, material management, finance, or a related field
- 2+ year of experience in a leadership/mentoring role
- 3+ year of experience in healthcare or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking)
- Preferred: 2+ years of project management and data analytics experience
