Role Overview
Space Micro Devices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Stores Manager to manage the company's day-to-day stores and warehouse operations for semiconductor components, electronic devices, and related materials.
The Stores Manager will be responsible for receiving, verification, storage, inventory control, stock reconciliation, material issuance, order picking, packing, dispatch coordination, documentation, and overall warehouse discipline from Inwards to Delivery at client place End to End work process responsibility.
The candidate must have strong attention to detail because semiconductor and electronic components are generally handled through part numbers, manufacturer details, quantities, batch/lot numbers, date codes, packaging conditions and customer-specific requirements.
The person will work closely with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Quality and Management teams to ensure that materials are available, properly recorded, safely stored and dispatched accurately and on time.

Required Qualification
- Minimum: Any Graduate
- Graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related fields will be an advantage.
- Additional certification in Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management.
Candidates with experience in:
- Semiconductor distribution
- Electronic component distribution
- Electrical/electronic products
- Electronics manufacturing
- Industrial automation products
- Electrical components
- Electronics trading/distribution
- Technical product warehouses
Mandatory:
- Good communication in English
- Good communication in Hindi
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, suppliers, transporters and logistics partners
- Ability to draft professional emails in English
Hindi communication is particularly useful for coordination with transporters, warehouse staff and external logistics personnel.
