CraftMyPlate is Hyderabad’s go-to platform for food experiences for micro-events—house parties, birthdays, office celebrations, festive gatherings, and more. We are building the operating system for how India discovers, customises, and orders food for smaller events.

You will work closely with a sharp cross-functional team across growth, product, operations, supply chain, and customer experience—and have a direct role in shaping how the business scales.
We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Grocery & Inventory Operations (Hyderabad)
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can own our grocery/inventory operations end-to-end. This is not a “just maintain” role – you will identify new vendors, negotiate better deals, build manufacturer networks, enforce FIFO & hygiene, and share a daily SOH report.
Key responsibilities
- Identify & onboard new vendors/manufacturers; maintain an active market network
- Negotiate pricing, credit cycles, and terms; secure the best market rates
- Maintain accurate Stock on Hand (SOH) and share a daily SOH report
- Enforce FIFO, minimize expiry/wastage, and ensure store hygiene & compliance (including FSSAI and local food-safety norms)
- Track and reduce procurement costs without compromising quality
- Lead store staff and coordinate with HQ/kitchen teams
- Work with timing flexibility (early mornings / late evenings / weekends as needed)
What success looks like in 90 days
- Vendor base expanded with at least 2–3 new, reliable manufacturers
- Visible reduction in expiry/wastage and improved SOH accuracy
- Daily SOH reports running like clockwork, with actionable insights
Must-have qualities
- Strong negotiation and networking skills with vendors
- Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English (working proficiency in Hindi is sufficient)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel for daily SOH, expiry tracking, and simple cost reports
- Passion for learning and improving costs, quality, and processes
- Ownership mindset – ready to change how we work if it improves results
Nice-to-have
- Experience in grocery retail, QSR, cloud kitchen, or catering operations
- Prior exposure to FSSAI/compliance audits or store audits
