Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities -
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
Maintaining & managing 1500 SKUs.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts
Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid shortage or overstock
Issue materials to production, dispatch as per requirement
Check and verify all received goods with purchase orders
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
Conduct regular stock checks (physical v/s system stock)
Coordinate with purchase and production teams
Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, etc.)
Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and wastage
Training team members to create a positive & accountable environment
Qualifications
Education: Masters
Experience: Proven experience (5-7 + years) in store
Technical Skills: Knowledge about ERP system and Expert in MS Office suite.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and
build relationships.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop strong relationships with
internal stakeholders and candidates.
