Role Description We're hiring a Store Executive for a well-established manufacturing company in Vadodara.
📍 Location: Ranoli GIDC, Vadodara
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / Logistics preferred)
💼 Experience: 3–6 years (manufacturing preferred)

About the Role
You'll run day-to-day store and warehouse operations at the plant, including material handling, accurate documentation, ERP entries, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare GRNs and maintain material documentation
- Handle ERP entries (Tally / SAP) and prepare reports in MS Excel
- Apply basic GST knowledge to material movement (e-way bills, challans)
- Manage RGP / NRGP, rejections, and vendor coordination
- Supervise warehouse manpower and daily operations
- Maintain stock accuracy through physical verification and reconciliation
Skills Required
- Strong inventory and documentation control
- Proficiency in ERP (Tally / SAP) and MS Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good coordination skills
