Role Description
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for experienced software professionals with strong backgrounds in software engineering, backend development, full-stack development, system design, architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
The Staff Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, production, finance, supply chain, and other business teams to design scalable technology solutions, solve complex engineering problems, and improve the reliability and performance of software systems across the organization.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 4+ years of relevant software-development experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently working as Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Staff Software Engineer can apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, e-commerce, finance, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one programming ecosystem such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, .NET, C++, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, software architecture, system design, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET, React, Angular, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, web services, Git, and modern software-development practices.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, distributed systems, caching, or messaging technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, automation platforms, or business software will be an advantage.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make technical decisions and guide other engineers.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Strong focus on software quality, scalability, reliability, security, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
