Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer / Tech Lead to design and build scalable Pega solutions, drive technical design, mentor developers and ensure integration, security and performance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design for Pega case management solutions.
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP and event/message patterns.
- Define ruleset strategy, branching, reuse and deployment standards.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting using PAL, AES and Tracer.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and QA teams.
- Ensure best practices across the complete development lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- CSSA Certification – Mandatory
- 6–8 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Strong case architecture and multi-case orchestration experience.
- Experience with Data Pages, sourcing, caching and pagination.
- Strong UI experience including sections, harnesses, correspondence, SLAs and routing.
- Strong REST integration experience including authentication, error handling, mapping and logging.
- Strong debugging skills using Tracer, Clipboard and PAL.
- Experience with Pega DevOps, branching and pipeline deployments.
Good to Have
- Pega Constellation experience.
- Latest Pega versions and upgrade/migration experience.
- Pega performance and security best practices.
- Pega Cloud / containerized deployments.
- Reporting and analytics dashboards.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
- Pega Smart Disputes or Pega Customer Service for Financial Services.
- Exposure to Decisioning / NBA / NBO.
