Senior Manager/AVP– Process Excellence & AI Transformation

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Lead large-scale process improvement and transformation engagements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation solutions using RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Deliver AI use cases across summarization, transcript analysis, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Define enterprise KPIs, drive cost optimization, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
- Mentor teams and drive innovation across process excellence and AI transformation.
Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience managing large-scale engagements.
- Strong expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to work in US / rotational shifts.
