Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Procurement: Procure domestic and imported coal, develop vendor base, manage contracts.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate price, GCV, grade clauses, and optimize landed cost.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate rake movement, transport, and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Quality Management: Monitor GCV, ash %, moisture; handle sampling and disputes.
- Cost Optimization: Track coal indices and market price trend.
- Internal Coordination: Work with plant and production teams.
- MIS & Reporting: Track stock, cost trends, and forecast requirements.
