Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Backend Designer with strong experience in Interior and Modular Design. The candidate should be highly proficient in preparing 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, and execution drawings and should have a strong understanding of technical details and interior execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for interior and modular projects.
- Create detailed drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements.
- Prepare production and execution drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop detailed joinery, furniture, and construction details.
- Coordinate with the design, project, production, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Review and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and execution-ready.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for technical detailing and fabrication requirements.
- Take site measurements and incorporate necessary changes into drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation and updated drawing records.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D drawing.
- Excellent knowledge of detailed working and execution drawings.
- Strong understanding of modular furniture and interior execution.
- Good knowledge of materials, hardware, joinery, and construction details.
- Ability to convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Preferred Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience in Interior and Modular Backend Design.
- Strong expertise in 2D and detailed drawings is mandatory.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical and execution knowledge will be highly preferred.
