Role Description The Sr Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali/ Elante.This position involves advising customers on styling and outfit selections, ensuring a high-quality, personalized shopping experience that reflects Mulmul’s brand values and aesthetic. The Sr Fashion Consultant will curate looks based on customer preferences, current trends, and product availability, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of the collection and fabric details. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client appointments, providing wardrobe suggestions, coordinating with store and merchandising teams, and supporting visual displays to enhance store appeal. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve styling guidelines and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong fashion consulting, styling, and wardrobe planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear, fabrics, fits, and trends, with the ability to translate them into everyday looks.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively and advise confidently.
- Experience in retail fashion or luxury apparel environments, preferably in client-facing or consulting roles.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mani Majra, managing multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and comfort using POS or CRM tools.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with store, merchandising, and design teams.
- Relevant education in fashion design, fashion merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
