Key Responsibilities :
Principal Accountabilities
1. Inventory & Demand Planning
- Monitor warehouse inventory for all personal care SKUs, including hair care and skincare products.
- Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, and Warehouse teams to prepare three-month demand and procurement plans.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Create and release purchase orders to vendors and manufacturers.
- Source new vendors, float enquiries, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Empanel and onboard new vendors and manufacturers.
- Track market prices of commonly used raw materials and packaging materials.
3. Production Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure raw material and packaging availability.
- Monitor production progress and follow up to ensure timely completion and dispatch.
- Conduct periodic visits to manufacturing facilities to verify production status.
4. New Product Development (NPD) & Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with the NPD team for product development and artwork approvals.
- Arrange technical documentation, including COAs, MSDSs, and Technical Data Sheets.
- Coordinate with the QC team for final finished goods inspection.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Verify purchase orders, tax invoices, and pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Maintain and update vendor master data and enquiry trackers for MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
6. Payment & ERP Management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment processing.
- Use ERP systems for purchase orders, inventory tracking, and procurement-related activities.
