Hiring: Purchase Executive
Kanfa Global Supply Solutions is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016 certified organization providing end-to-end supply solutions to corporate clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inquiries and prepare quotations.
* Source products and negotiate with vendors.
* Process orders and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
* Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.
* Maintain vendor and client relationships.
* Resolve queries and ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in purchase coordination, quotation handling, or sales support.
* Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
* Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
* Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain strong team bonding.
