Role Description The Sr Engineer (Projects) will oversee end-to-end project execution for CONSTRUCTION OF PRESTIGIOUS PROJECT FOR GOVT OF TELANGANA CONSTRUCTION OF YOUNG INDIA INTEGRATED RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL COMPLEX(YIIRS) building and infrastructure works, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves reviewing drawings and technical documents, conducting site inspections, resolving engineering and construction issues, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The Sr Engineer (Projects) will also prepare reports, support resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes. tions
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple construction sites or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, quality control procedures, and safety practices in building and infrastructure works.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to use project management and site documentation tools; familiarity with MS Office and construction-related software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications in project management will be an added benefit.
- Several years of progressively responsible experience in project engineering or site management, preferably in healthcare and educational infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on timely delivery.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor site teams.
