Lead ELV Design Engineer – U.S. Building Projects
Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram (On-site)
We’re hiring an experienced Lead ELV Design Engineer to work on U.S.-based residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise building projects.
Key Requirements:
* 6–12 years of experience in ELV building design within an engineering design consultancy.
* Hands-on experience in designing Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/PAVA, BMS/IBMS, and Security Systems.
* Strong experience in engineering design, coordination, BOQs, specifications, and BIM-enabled multidisciplinary projects.
* Exposure to U.S. projects and standards such as NEC, NFPA, IBC, TIA/EIA, or BICSI is highly preferred.
* Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
