๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Marketing our bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients
- Developing relationships with new vendors & maintaining existing ones
- Daily follow-ups, submissions, interview scheduling, and closures
- Expert in using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in handling H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC candidates
- Knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ:
- 4 years of proven experience in Bench Sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle multiple consultants at a time
- Should be ready to join ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ
