Position Overview
AllianceIT Inc. is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to support IT and non-IT hiring across the US, LATAM, Canada and India. The ideal candidate will have strong US staffing experience, hands-on VMS/ATS experience, and experience independently managing VMS programs and supporting global implementation partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit for US, LATAM, Canada and India across IT and non-IT positions.
- Independently manage assigned VMS programs and recruiting accounts, including requisitions, candidate submissions, interview coordination, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Work with VMS platforms such as VectorVMS, Beeline, VNDLY, ProcureWise, UpGlide, or similar systems.
- Support and coordinate with global implementation partners, MSPs, staffing clients, hiring managers, and delivery teams.
- Understand client requirements, prioritize open positions, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS/VMS systems.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume requirements.
- Meet recruiting targets, submission goals, interview targets, and placement objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong US staffing experience.
- Hands-on experience with VMS and ATS platforms.
- Experience independently managing VMS programs/accounts is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting or managing global implementation partner accounts is a strong plus.
- Experience with VectorVMS, Beeline, VNDLY, ProcureWise, UpGlide, or similar VMS platforms preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work US time-zone/night shifts as required.
- LATAM recruiting experience is a plus.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.
