About the Role
We're looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Managed Markets Finance team, owning the calculation, validation, and reporting of Government Pricing (GP) metrics — including AMP, Best Price, ASP, PHS/340B ceiling prices, and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing. This is a Government-Pricing-first role: it's the core of what you'll do day to day.
We're primarily looking for a strong foundation in U.S. Healthcare and Medicaid. If you haven't worked directly in Government Pricing before but bring that healthcare/Medicaid background and a genuine interest in the space, we'll invest in training you on GP methodology, CMS submission cycles, and our internal pricing systems. Direct GP experience is a strong plus, not a strict requirement.
What You'll Do
- Manage the calculation and submission of monthly/quarterly product pricing information to CMS.
- Calculate and submit all required price types — monthly AMP, quarterly AMP, quarterly BP, quarterly PHS, quarterly and annual NFAMP — including any restatements.
- Validate data integrity by reconciling sales, returns, and admin fee data with BI reports, and ensure clean data loads into pricing systems.
- Analyze sales transactions, utilization, discounts, and other data sets to build clear, data-driven cases for pricing decisions.
- Perform variance analysis on period-over-period price changes; prepare trend and performance analysis of drug utilization.
- Prepare accurate, timely business review materials and secure pricing approvals from senior finance leadership.
- Support Government Pricing Compliance for internal and external audits, and partner with Managed Care, Specialty Pharmacy, and Contracting teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Identify risks and process improvement opportunities, and help drive efficiencies with measurable time/cost impact.
What You'll Bring — Required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA, ICWA, or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in the U.S. Healthcare / Medicaid domain (pharmaceutical or biotech industry), including Medicaid and Managed Care exposure.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare industry marketing, reimbursement concepts, formulary analysis, and price/volume mix.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Access is a plus.
What's a Plus — We'll Train You
- Hands-on experience with Government Pricing calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, Non-FAMP, URA, 340B/PHS).
- Familiarity with the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP), Medicare Part B, and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Experience with CMS or HRSA reporting systems, or government pricing software platforms.
- Working knowledge of VBA, SAP, or Cognos reporting.
If you're strong on the healthcare/Medicaid side but new to Government Pricing specifically, we'll provide structured onboarding to get you up to speed on GP calculations, submission cycles, and our internal tools — no prior GP experience required to apply.
