Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using evidence-based practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring progress toward goals. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support carryover of skills at home and in educational settings. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and contributing to a supportive, child-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment/intervention.
- Candidates should possess expertise in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess clinical skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in clinical, school, or therapy center settings.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills, with a family-centered approach to care.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.
