About STRIVE Child Development Therapy Center
- Specialized pediatric therapy center supporting children with developmental delays, neurodevelopmental conditions, and learning challenges
- Multidisciplinary team offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy
- Focused on early intervention, individualized care, and family collaboration
Role: Speech Language Pathologist (Full-time, On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess children with communication, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing difficulties
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on developmental needs and family goals
- Conduct detailed evaluations and deliver 1:1 and small group therapy sessions
- Track progress through proper documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with OTs, behavioral therapists, caregivers, and educators
- Provide caregiver training and support goal-setting
- Participate in team meetings and maintain a safe, child-friendly environment
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
- Valid professional license/registration as per local regulations
- Strong skills in speech assessment, intervention, and managing communication/language disorders
- Clinical competence in evaluating and treating dysphagia
- Experience with children with developmental/neurodevelopmental challenges preferred
- Strong documentation, observation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
