Company Description Bridge2Begin Therapy Centre is a specialized therapy center focused on providing customized solutions for neurodivergent children, guided by comprehensive assessments and individualized plans. The team is dedicated to supporting each child in reaching their full potential across communication, social, and daily living skills. Services are designed to build independence in basic life skills, fostering confidence and functional abilities in everyday environments. Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide full-time, on-site services at Bridge2Begin Therapy Centre in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include assessing speech, language, and communication needs of neurodivergent children, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based speech therapy sessions in individual and small-group formats. The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining clear documentation, and collaborating with families, educators, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also provide caregiver training, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, and participate in program development to enhance therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric and neurodivergent populations.
- Candidates should possess skills in the evaluation and management of Dysphagia and related feeding or swallowing concerns.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution, with appropriate licensure or registration as required.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children (e.g., autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental delays) in clinical or educational settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong observational, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills, with proficiency in standardized assessments and evidence-based intervention methods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and engage caregivers in home-based carryover activities.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and child-centered practice, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
