We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef specializing in Wraps & Rolls to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the preparation of wraps, rolls, fillings, sauces, and related products.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Develop and improve wrap & roll recipes and product offerings.
• Manage kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and inventory.
• Train and supervise kitchen team members.
• Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen production during peak hours.
Must-Have:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Senior Chef with strong expertise in Wraps & Rolls.
• Hands-on knowledge of different types of wraps, rolls, fillings, sauces, and cooking techniques.
• Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain consistent product standards.
• Experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, or food-production environment will be preferred.
