Role Description The Sourcing Specialist (fresher) role is a full-time remote position focused on identifying and attracting potential candidates for a variety of roles. On a day-to-day basis, the Sourcing Specialist will search and screen candidate profiles using job portals, social media, and internal databases, and maintain accurate records of candidate information. The role involves coordinating with recruiters or hiring managers to understand role requirements, prepare outreach messages, and schedule initial interactions with candidates. The Sourcing Specialist will also support recruitment campaigns, track sourcing metrics, and contribute ideas to improve candidate engagement and talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret role requirements, assess candidate fit, and manage sourcing data effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for engaging candidates, coordinating with internal teams, and writing concise outreach messages.
- Candidates should possess basic Contract Negotiation and Procurement awareness to support discussions on compensation, terms, and vendor interactions when needed.
- Candidates should possess interest or foundational knowledge in Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with MS Office tools, familiarity with job boards or social media platforms, ability to work independently in a remote setup, strong organizational skills, and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
