Senior Technical Sourcer - (US IT Staffing)

- Peterson Technology Partners (PTP) is expanding our US Recruiting team, and we're looking for 2 experienced Senior Technical Sourcers who are passionate about finding exceptional technology talent.

- This is a 100% remote opportunity where you'll partner with experienced US Recruiters and Account Managers to build high-quality talent pipelines for Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations across the United States.
About the Role
- As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top technology professionals across a wide range of skill sets. Your focus will be building robust talent pipelines and delivering highly qualified candidates to our recruiting team.
- You'll play a critical role in the front end of the recruitment process, ensuring our recruiters have access to the best available talent in today's competitive market.
What You'll Do
- Source highly qualified IT professionals for US-based opportunities.
- Build talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, GitHub, internal databases, referrals, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Identify passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement.
- Perform preliminary candidate qualification calls.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and US Account Managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and sourcing databases.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
- Meet sourcing activity and delivery metrics while maintaining high-quality candidate submissions.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sourcing or US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience sourcing for US IT positions.
- Excellent sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search.
- Experience sourcing for technologies such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ERP, QA, and Business Applications.
- Strong understanding of the US technology talent market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS environments.
- Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM platforms.
- Strong market mapping and competitive intelligence skills.
- Experience using AI-enabled sourcing tools is a plus.
