✈️ WE’RE HIRING | SOTO TRAVEL DESK SPECIALIST
Work Model: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
Experience: 2–5 Years | International/SOTO Ticketing
Key Responsibilities
• Handle complex SOTO international bookings & ticketing
• Issue, reissue, refund & manage itinerary changes
• Construct multi-city routings and international fares
• Work on Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo GDS
• Manage corporate clients and coordinate with airlines/vendors globally
What We’re Looking For
• Strong command of GDS & international ticketing
• Good knowledge of IATA geography & fare rules
• Experience in SOTO fare construction & multi-currency transactions
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
