About us
We're building the AI Search Optimization platform — helping B2B companies show up in AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). Bengaluru-based, selling globally, moving fast.
The role
We ship fast - and we're getting more deliberate about catching what breaks. As our QA Intern, you'll own product quality. You'll design test plans, automate the repetitive stuff, and be the person asking "are we sure this works?" before every release. This is a real engineering-adjacent role: we expect you to think systematically about edge cases, dig into failures, and tighten our shipping pipeline.
What you'll do
- Write and execute test plans for new features before they ship
- Build out our automated test suite — Playwright/Cypress for E2E, Jest/pytest for unit & integration
- File clear, reproducible bug reports in Linear and follow them through to fix
- Run regression checks before releases
- Help instrument staging so issues get caught earlier in the cycle
- Pair with engineers on root-cause analysis when production issues happen
What we're looking for
- CS / engineering student or recent graduate
- Comfortable with at least one of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript
- Understands how web apps work — HTTP, APIs, browser dev tools, basic SQL
- Detail-obsessed: you notice the off-by-one, the race condition, the silently-swallowed error
- Strong written communication — a vague bug report is worse than no bug report
- Closes the loop: you don't move on until the fix is verified and the test is in CI
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD
- Used or built against AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Exposure to load or chaos testing
Logistics
- 6-month internship, PPO based on performance
- Hybrid out of Bengaluru
- Direct mentorship from senior engineers and the CTO
- Stipend: 35-40K INR
